Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. If you are experiencing problem at check-out, please contact us and we will investigate the matter for you.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free international shipping to all orders above ¥26,800JPY (approximately $188USD)*. For any other purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please refer to our shipping policy here for details.

*Exchange rate is subject to market fluctuation. Approximate USD rate is indicated for reference only. Free delivery is subject to minimum purchases in Japanese Yen.

 

How many types of shipping methods do you offer?

At the moment, only the quickest and most secured shipping methods are offered. Depending on the region you are at, products would be shipped by either Yamato International Ta-Q-BIN or Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS). If there are enough demand for cheaper shipping options, we may provide these options in the future. 

 

Can I track my order?

All orders would be tracked at Savvy School Stuff. After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number. Depending on the region you are at, products would be shipped from Japan by either Yamato International Ta-Q-BIN or Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS). How long would it takes for me to receive my order?

Posts will be delivered in approximately 2-7 days to addressee all over the world. Please also allow 3 to 5 processing days for your order before dispatch. 

 

I never received my items, what should I do?

Depends on your location, it can take up to 12 days for you to receive your  order. If Japanese holidays are encountered, processing and shipping time can take even longer (refer to our shop calendar here for your reference). If you have not received your items in 2 weeks, please contact us and we will investigate the matter for you.

 

Exchange & Refund

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Order can be cancelled or edited within 48 hours after the order is placed.

 

Can I exchange my items?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

How do I refund my items?

Please inspect your order upon reception. Return is only accepted within 7 days after receiving your item. We only accept return if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at savvyschoolstuff2023@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Out-of-Stock Item

I was notified that the item I have ordered is out-of-stock. What can I do?

When a purchased item is out-of-stock, you will have the following options:
1. You could choose to refund the entire order.
2. You could choose to partially refund only the out-of-stock item. If you were originally eligible for free shipping, complimentary free shipping would still be offered to the rest of your order.
We will email you to confirm your decision before proceeding to dispatch your order.
